Refund Policy

Consultation bookings

• Lawyer cancellation or no-show: Full refund including platform service fee.
• Client cancellation 24+ hours before: Full refund of lawyer fee; platform service fee may be retained.
• Client cancellation less than 24 hours before:Refund at lawyer's discretion; platform fee non-refundable.
• After consultation completed: No refund unless a dispute is raised within 48 hours.

Legal services (fixed-price)

• Before work begins: Full refund minus payment processing charges.
• Work in progress: Partial refund based on work completed, determined by the assigned lawyer and platform support.
• After delivery: No refund unless the delivered work does not match the service description.

Escrow payments

Payments for consultations are held in escrow until the consultation is marked complete. If a refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
