By accessing or using eJustice.pk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform description
eJustice.pk is a technology platform that connects users with enrolled advocates in Pakistan. We provide a neutral directory, booking tools, escrow payment processing, and fixed-price legal document services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Lawyer listings
Lawyer profiles display factual information only. eJustice.pk does not rank, endorse, or recommend individual lawyers. The Verified badge indicates that a lawyer's documents have been checked against Bar Council records.
5. Fees and payments
Consultation fees are set by individual lawyers. Platform service fees are charged separately to clients. Lawyers receive their full professional fee — we never deduct a percentage from lawyer earnings.
6. Limitation of liability
eJustice.pk is not liable for the quality of legal services provided by lawyers on the platform. The lawyer-client relationship is between you and the advocate you engage.
